All items must be returned in their original condition, with everything intact, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy. Prepaid orders can not be cancelled post 3 hours after placing the order.

Raghuvanshi follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought from the online store. You can return unused products you have ordered within 15 business days of the date of receipt. Return shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days.
For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.
